    The 1st Annual TCVM Conference
    The 1st Annual TCVM Conference is honored to host professor Kejia Zhang in his trip to the United States . Truly deserving the title of Master, professor Zhang has been practicing veterinary acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine for over 40 years. His books Veterinary Chinese Herbal Formulas and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medical Principles are the standard text books for TCVM students. He is widely known and respected within the veterinary medical community in China, as well as internationally. Professor Zhang received his D.V.M. from the College of Veterinary Medicine , Beijing Agricultural University in 1957. He serves as the TCVM consultant for the Department of Agriculture, China . He was the former chairman of the TCVM Department, BAU. His expertise includes: TCM diagnosis, various acupuncture techniques, Tibet and Inner Mongolia traditional veterinary medicine and Chinese herbal therapies for gastrointestinal disorders. Considered a "teacher of teachers", personal instruction from professor Zhang is an exceptional educational opportunity. This was Dr. Zhang's only US instruction program in 1999.
