    Requirements of Certified Veterinary Herbalist
    1. Attend all three modules of the West Coast Chinese Veterinary Herbology Seminar (1 module per year in any sequence).
    2. Pass the written, take home exam after completing all 3 modules.
    3. Submit for approval three case reports, following the format requested, displaying your use of the herbal formulas you studied.
