1)Download the registration
form of the course you’d like take on our website at
http://www.tcvm.com/regFormList.htm.
You also can call us at 800-891-1986 or email us at
admin@tcvm.com
to acquire the registration form and course materials by mail.
2) Fill the registration form (all registration forms downloaded
from our web site can be filled out on your computer), print
out and sign it.
3) Write a brief biography of your background, special interest
areas, and your goals for taking the course. We also require
a small, recent headshot picture of you, preferably around
2”x2”.
4) Mail (and fax if possible) the signed registration form
along with your payment and all required materials to us.
Upon receipt, we will send you a welcome packet which includes
general information, a required reading list and accommodations
info.
5) We will charge your credit card for the class 2 weeks before
it starts, or you can mail us a check if you prefer.
