Located in South Carolina, the prospective 6000 sq. ft. hospital will be adjacent to I-95 and midway among polo, racehorse and fox hunting territories. This state of the art facility includes surgery suite, hyperbaric chamber, rehabilitation pool/tread mill, classroom, hospital barn and lay-up barn. Currently Dr. Hayek offers client education seminars annually and often invites guest speakers for special topic discussions. In the new facility plans are underway to offer continuing education for professionals as well. In the ever dwindling environment of large animal practices, we offer a twenty-first century approach to balancing family, work and home: on-site childcare, shared emergencies, and excellent communication with other local equine facilities. The mission of East Coast Equine is to better care for injury and illness by prevention.
