Tuition covers CE course instructions, handouts and lunch on each class day.

Accommodation service includes airport pick-up service (May 17th), double/single occupancy 3-star hotel room (check-in on May 17th; check-out on May 22nd), transportation from hotel to class each day, breakfast and dinner on class days, Guangzhou Airport (CAN) drop-off service (May 22nd).

$200 late fee applied if a minimum $950 deposit is not paid on or before Jan. 15, 2018 or tuition is not paid in full on or before March 15, 2018.
Single occupancy option: a room with one bed (not two).
Classes will take place at the South China Agricultural University College of Veterinary Medicine.

  • 3 Meals a day May 14th - 16th; Breakfast on May 17th, 2018
  • An English-guided tour to Tian’anmen Square and The Forbidden City on May 14, 2018
  • An English-guided tour to Mutianyu Great Wall and The Hongluo Temple, then go to Foot Tui-na Therapy on May 15, 2018
  • An English-guided tour to The Summer Palace and The Temple of Heaven, then go to Red theater to see a Kung Fu Show on May 16, 2018
  • Take a high-speed train (185 miles per hour) to Guangzhou on May 17, 2018

Note: the fee for the tour covers 1) Airport pickup and all transportations in China; 2) Lodging at a 3-star hotel; 3) Three meals per day; 4) Tours and activities including attraction tickets; 5) Related taxes and tips from May 13th to 17th, 2018.

Students attending the tour must book the arrival flights for Beijing, China (PEK) on May 13th, 2018. The tour fee doesn’t cover the international flight ticket to China.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations may be made by phone but a cancellation letter must be submitted to the Chi Institute via fax, mail or email and signed by the student who is canceling before the refund is issued. Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in a costly process due to the nature of airfare and accommodation contracts. To offset these costs, the following fees apply. In fairness to others, we cannot make exceptions.

    • * 15 - 29 calendar days              50% of the total class fee
    • * 8 - 14 calendar days                75% of the total class fee
    • * 7 or fewer calendar days        100% of the total class fee

      * For all refunds of payment by credit card, 4% of the refundable amount will be charged.
